Amber is a knowledgeable Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with over seven years’ experience of working closely with organizations to develop EDI and wellbeing strategies. She has worked with many organizations in the public, health and care sectors and is an inspiring facilitator and trainer.
With in-depth expertise in employee wellbeing and developing and managing staff networks, Amber is skilled at designing and facilitating diversity, equity and inclusion and wellbeing training that engage with staff at all levels. She also has a particular focus on EDI data and talent management, including setting up reverse mentoring and sponsorship schemes.
