Imogen has led and worked on many of our diversity research projects. She focuses on methodology design, data gathering and analysis, and the production of research reports and guidance.
Imogen has conducted research and data analysis for the likes of Health Education London, Invensys, Barnardo’s, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the Law Society of Scotland, Age UK, Royal Holloway University and Greater Manchester Police. She has recently worked on a number of research projects with EW for Arts Council England on children, young people and the protected characteristics, and on the representation of disabled people in the cultural workforce.
Imogen also specializes in Equality Impact Assessment and diversity auditing, including as part of our accredited diversity standard. She is an assessor for our ILM Level 4 Award (Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organization).
