Joelle Jablan is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) advisor and trainer with a strong legal background in human rights and non-discrimination law. She has supported a wide range of organizations, from pharmaceutical companies and international law firms to not-for-profits.
Joelle is skilled at supporting organizations in developing and implementing effective DEI strategies and training programs. She has particular expertise in LGBT+ inclusion and coaching, having worked with a number of leaders to help them develop skills to engage teams and create an inclusive workplace.
Fluent in French and English, Joelle’s interactive approach encourages participants to reflect on their own biases and to be creative in developing actions that promote the inclusion of all individuals. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences and discussion panels as well as a teaching assistant at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management on DEI subject matters.
