Nina Mayler has over 20 years’ experience in managing teams of varying sizes, with an extensive background in retail management, coaching training, and HR consultancy. Nina’s approach is both practical and pragmatic, demonstrating a keen understanding of the challenges facing senior leaders and their teams in today’s dynamic business environment, across all sectors.
Nina has worked with a variety of clients such as Element Materials Technology, The Fire Fighters Charity, Unite the Union, Managers in Partnership and the NF Women’s Institute. Through achieving a diploma in coaching and mentoring, Nina is a qualified member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, focusing on supporting line managers with a specialist interest in diversity and inclusion practices. Additionally, she is an accredited Master NLP Practitioner.
