In addition to her consultancy role which sees her working with clients to advise on DEI best practice, Pamela Jones is EW Group’s General Manager. Pamela leads the operational functions of the organization, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients, whilst driving the sustainable growth and success of the business.
Pamela works closely with our Senior Leadership team to drive the strategic direction of the organization. As a General Manager, Pamela ensures we are influencing the right spaces to create transformation and meaningful change in workplaces and wider society.
Pamela also supports the EW Group team and workplace to achieve its own DEI ambitions, providing guidance to the team and our day-to-day operations to ensure we keep people at the heart of everything we do.
