Sabrina Mazzola is a diversity and inclusion consultant, journalist and political scientist. With a focus on intersectionality, she is an experienced trainer who creates an environment of empathy, psychological safety and inclusiveness.
Before DEI was an established concept in Germany, Sabrina was active as an advocate for people with disabilities for more than ten years, working to raise awareness of the adversity faced by marginalized people, including those with disabilities, from ethnic minorities or economic barriers to social mobility.
Sabrina has a multidimensional and holistic approach to diversity. Being a leader in the media industry for several years, she has experience coaching leaders and supporting the development of organizational diversity strategies and business transformation. She has also published a book about diversity dimensions and worked for a range of clients including the German government, the Federal Agency for Technical Relief and the German student’s association.
