Teresa is a diversity and inclusion consultant with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries. With a strong background in analytical work, Teresa specializes in diversity audits, Equality Impact Assessments, strategy and policy development.
Teresa has conducted diversity audits for a range of organizations, including Thales GTS, AQA, Bromford Housing Association and many more. Through her in-depth audit work she helps organizations diagnose challenges and celebrate their successes.
Teresa’s thorough and analytical approach allows her to gain a holistic understanding of an organization and facilitate conversations with C-suite and senior teams to convey key findings and action plans to improve and embed DEI throughout their operations.
Teresa’s breadth of knowledge in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing and her experience auditing a variety of organizations and industries led her to co-design EW Group’s current Diversity Development Standard. The standard, which provides a comprehensive actionable plan, was designed utilizing Teresa’s decades of experience in HR, alongside her and EW Group’s work with clients and expertise on DEI best practices.
She has also worked on Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) for local Councils and the NHS and provided training on best practice in EIAs. Other examples of analytical work include designing an DEI strategy for Moorfields NIHR infrastructure and a review for TenU of the diversity and inclusion in its Future Leaders program.
