Vanina Ferreyra is a Client Solutions Project Manager specialising in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, with over seven years of experience in the field. She holds a degree in Social Communication and a Master’s in Gender Studies and Public Policy.
Vanina has expertise in designing, managing, and coordinating social innovation projects, particularly those supporting women and LGBTIQ+ individuals.
Her work spans both private sector companies and NGOs. She delivered training and advisory services to organisations in Spain on implementing DEI-focused action plans. Throughout her career, she has led and championed transformative projects that have had a positive impact on individuals and organisations.
In addition to her professional work, Vanina is deeply committed to feminist causes and actively volunteers with social organisations. She currently coordinates a volunteer team at an NGO in Spain, where she supports Afghan women refugees in securing their first job.
