Winston Ben Clements is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant specializing in unconscious bias, disability awareness and anti-racism. He is passionate about supporting the world’s leading organizations to deliver cultural change that is truly inclusive.
Winston was born with a condition known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta and has experienced over 200 fractures in his lifetime. He is just over 3 feet tall and uses a wheelchair for mobility. Despite all this, Winston has taken a stand for a quality of life that knows no excuses and no limits.
He is an award-winning speaker, whose inspiring and practical sessions continue to have transformational effects on corporate culture and performance. Prior to entering the world of D&I, Winston spent the best part of a decade working in the technology industry after graduating with a degree in Computer Science.
