She has worked with a range of businesses and leaders on DEI programmes to drive transformational and sustainable change across their organisations. I am passionate about helping client's surface and address the systemic barriers within their organisations to ensure everyone has the access and opportunity to contribute, development, progress and thrive. It’s about making a sustainable difference and not just ticking box, acknowledging that it won’t always be easy, that it’s a journey and not a destination!

As an experienced coach, Zara works closely with leaders and manager to develop a deeper understanding of DEI and bias with respect to the personal and business benefits, and to help them develop strategies on how to avoid potential pitfalls, ultimately incentivising action. She also works closely with emerging and young leaders and is a mentor for young people, supporting them with the knowledge, network, and skills they need to succeed.

One of her defining approaches is to work with managers and leaders as key levers of change with a view to creating collective responsibility for DEI to influence systemic conditions required for success.

Zara’s client work spans multiple sectors with clients such as the NHS, Boston Consulting Group, The White Company, Volkswagen Financial Services, Mercedes Formula 1 and has supported those organisations in their development of more inclusive cultures through discovery, strategy, education, and coaching.
