Watch this on-demand webinar to reflect on the progress made in the last 25 years in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and the impact these developments have made on people’s lives. Whilst there is much more to do to gain true equity for all, in this webinar we will take a moment to consider the significant achievements made and how this has impacted the modern workplace we know today.

We look back at the MacPherson Report, the repeal of Section 28 in 2003, the Equality Act in 2010, Harvard launching the IAT (implicit bias test), Gender Pay, Black Lives Matter, Me Too and much more. This webinar and discussion was led by EW Diversity and Inclusion Consultants, Teresa Norman and Marie Pye.

We look at what we can learn from the campaigners, policy makers and thought-leaders who made change happen. We reflect on how we can use these insights to help drive progress on equity and inclusion in the future. We showcased examples of:

• How our thinking on the built environment has changed
• How work on representation has made a difference
