At the Scottish Parliament, Challenge Consultancy provided training to all 600 staff - on a broad range of equality and diversity issues and bullying and harassment. The training provided by Challenge Consultancy was incredibly effective in changing the culture across the Parliament. In particular, the Parliament noticed a very quick and positive transformation in the level of enthusiasm amongst staff for equality issues and the seriousness with which these issues were treated. The Parliament also saw a significant reduction in the number of staff saying, in confidential staff surveys, that they had experienced bullying or harassment .
