Anna has over 20 years’ experience in senior HR roles, having worked for a number of multinational companies and across various industries, including FMCG, IT, Manufacturing and Building Materials Distribution. She has worked in Russia, the UK and across Europe as Head of HR, Talent and Learning & Development.
As an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Anna utilises her extensive coaching skills to support leaders and HR professionals on their EDI and professional development journeys. Anna is passionate about the influence of different cultures on people’s careers and their way of seeing the world. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience, acting as a “culture translator”.
Anna is a member of the CIPD and EMCC, and has an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and a license in Career Counselling. She also holds certificates in various psychometric tools by KornFerry, SHL, MBTI and can work in Russian and English, and also speaks French.
