What our clients say

EW Group has a clear business and outcome-driven focus for equality and diversity which resonates with my own vision. This course influenced the way I work and helped in the design of my current projects. I strongly feel this course helped me achieve my recent Health Service Journal 'BME Pioneer' award.

Ricky Somal, Deputy Director of Organisational Development and Inclusion
Isle of Wight NHS Trust

I would highly recommend this course, not only to individuals who hold specific D&I roles within their organisations but to anyone who wants to better understand how they can influence D&I strategy and progression within their teams. Understanding the legislation and its application is an important first step in the implementation of sound D&I action plans.
