The EW Advisory Board is a team of EDI subject matter experts whose role is to stay up to date on emerging trends in workplace diversity.

Our Advisory Board provide our team and consultants with the latest guidance and advice on an array of equity, inclusion and wellbeing topics, as well as leadership thinking and positioning statements. They also seek to reflect a diverse range of viewpoints based on identity, protected characteristics and lived experience.

Meet the EW Advisory Board

Our Advisory Board is Chaired by our founder, Jane Farrell. Our experts meet seven times a year to enjoy robust, constructive debates on current diversity and inclusion themes, the outputs of which inform the advice and services we provide to clients.
