Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced person who can help us deliver client projects. To get the job done well and ensure our clients are cared for, you’ll need to be a strong communicator and problem-solver. The successful applicant will be a key point of contact between our clients, diversity consultants and the operations team to ensure every project runs smoothly. You’ll be able to draw upon your previous project co-ordination/management experience to manage client projects from beginning to end. You will work close with the Senior Project Manager during your induction and we will provide you with all the project knowledge you need to make a success of this role.

We’ve recently grown in size and now need a strong communicator and relationship-builder who can help us sustain long term partnerships with our clients. Working closely with the Managing Director and the sales team, the successful applicant will be able to build upon their existing client relationship/sales experience, ideally gained within the training or consultancy sector, to become a key point of contact between our existing clients and our team of diversity consultants. This is a role to challenge and inspire the right person, with excellent prospects for growing with the company.
