Fook-Mun has over 30 years of experience in HR consulting and operational leadership across Asia. He has designed and led HR strategies and people related agendas across diverse industries including HR Consulting, IT, Life Sciences, Electronics and Speciality Chemicals.
Fook-Mun’s most recent work has focussed on facilitating leadership training to Exec Teams and their reports in Asia which includes facilitating regional leadership sessions (pre-merger stage), coach engagements, and the development of cultural intelligence (CQ) for young professionals in Asia.
Operating in a region with diverse cultures and practices, Fook-Mun finds great satisfaction in helping others to become global citizens, future ready and culturally more intelligent and aware.
