Helen Newman works with individuals, teams and their partners to be more effective and inclusive in their decision making and delivery. Helen supports leaders in embracing and embedding inclusive behaviours while driving forward corporate and cross-system initiatives, leading sustainable change and delivering shared ambitions.
Drawing on her executive and Board Director experience, Helen encourages a practical, solutions focused approach, enabling leaders to nurture an inclusive culture and deliver on their objectives.
With a background in local government, the civil service – Department of Health and Public Health England – and not-for-profit sectors, Helen works with a range of clients most recently including The Metropolitan Police Service, Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, The Fire Fighters Charity and is also part of EW’s ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited award delivery team.
