Linda Stewart is a highly accomplished employment lawyer, workplace mediator and trainer, with extensive experience of supporting businesses, unions and public sector organisations to improve employee engagement. Linda worked in the legal profession for 20 years, where she represented individuals, trades unions and businesses in the Courts and Tribunals.
Before joining EW Group, Linda was a Partner and Head of Employment at a national solicitors’ firm, where she championed equality and diversity; assisting clients to deliver on gender pay reporting, equal pay, and family-friendly policies that worked towards a more inclusive culture. She also advised the legal services function within the UK’s largest trades unions, facilitating and delivering training to officers and members on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Since joining EW Group, Linda has assisted managers and HR professionals to foster inclusive workplaces through the development of inclusive policies and procedures aimed at getting the best out of their people.
