Nathan started his career working in KPMG as a Cyber Security Consultant. Moving into the project management arena, he went on to work at AQA managing the production of domestic and international question papers in subjects ranging from computer science, to drama and psychology.
Having worked with organisations from a variety of industries as a consultant, Nathan is passionate about helping companies implement positive action that builds inclusivity and allows staff to bring their full selves to work. As a Operations and Client Retention Manager at EW Group, Nathan works closely with our diversity consultants and organisations to help get the most out of implementing positive cultural change.
