Pamela is an equity and diversity specialist, executive coach, and mentor with a passion for improving racial representation and unconscious bias. Pamela has held multiple leadership roles in financial services in the UK and internationally over the past two decades within business support, change management, and recently an interim COO role for the charity Best Beginnings.
Pamela delivers equity and inclusion training programs, creating content for inclusive leadership and cultural competency workshops, as well as coaching and mentoring.
Passionate about the education and representation of the younger generation, Pamela has significant experience of working with schools and academies to develop mentoring, wellness, resilience, and career aspirational programs. She is the current Chair of Women in Listed Derivatives London (WILD) which promotes networking and relationship-building among women within the OTC (Over the Counter) and Listed Derivatives industry through social and educational events.
Pamela was voted Financial Times Top 5 Female SHERoes Future Leaders 2018 for her work in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the financial services sector and was also voted Brummell’s Inspirational Women City Pioneer 2018 for her advocacy and thought leadership, including career aspiration and resilience programs she produced and delivered for schools in East London and 6th form academies.
