Jennifer Abraham is a Project Manager at the EW Group. Jennifer works closely with our clients to ensure the smooth delivery of our diversity training and consultancy programmes. She is dynamic, highly spirited, and a keen advocate of diversity, inclusivity. She believes in equal opportunity for all despite their background.
Jennifer holds a Masters degree in International Business Management from Coventry University and is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping organisations and individuals to thrive. She was previously an Employment Coach with Ingeus on the Restart Scheme where she worked closely with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them to overcome barriers and to guide them into successful jobs through mentoring, coaching and leadership.
Jennifer is passionate about young adults and women thriving in the corporate and entrepreneurial space and being given fair opportunities to harness their capabilities. She is committed to championing this course to the best of her abilities.
