Victoria Dale is a highly accomplished diversity and inclusion consultant with extensive experience working across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her key areas of specialism are Diversity Diagnostics and Audits, Equality Impact Assessments, Research and Analysis and Inclusive Cultures training. She has conducted audits for a wide range of organisations including Dentsu, Make-A-Wish, Onfido, Doddle and 2020 Delivery, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and eQuality Solutions (eQS). Her past work of delivering diversity diagnostics and audits spans across professional services, engineering, transport, retail, technology, digital marketing, and voluntary sectors.

Victoria’s practical style means she is well-versed in providing pragmatic recommendations on how to challenge unconscious bias in the workplace. Victoria has delivered EW courses in Building Inclusive Cultures for RSA, British Horseracing Authority, Make-A-Wish, British Orthopaedic Training Association, and Halfords. Victoria is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Additionally, she has delivered general diversity and inclusion courses to a wide array of clients.
