Roxane is a French-speaking Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at EW Group. Roxane uses her professional and academic expertise and her lived experience to deliver engaging and impactful DEI training and consultancy services leading to social and cultural change.
Her EDI experience draws from her work in the Disabled-led sector, public involvement, and community organizing and from her International Relations, Communication, Media and Culture studies. She is particularly passionate about tackling the barriers that Disabled people face in the workplace and addressing inequalities through an intersectional lens. She is fascinated by the nuances and complexities of EDI work in a global context.
