Annie Hedge co-founded EW Group in 1992. She has over 20 years of experience in delivering consultancy and training across the public, private and charitable sectors. A specialist in leadership theory and application, she regularly coaches senior executives to develop their management approach. Annie has recently facilitated leadership development sessions at Santander, the Probation Service, and Genworth Financial. She has delivered development programmes for the BBC, Transport for London, the Metropolitan Police Service, Invensys, the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, Royal Holloway University and the World Confederation for Physical Therapy, among others. Annie is also the lead consultant on our work with the NHS, and produced their Equality and Diversity Leadership Competency Framework. Annie is a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching, the ILM, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Annie is also a former Member of the London Central Employment Tribunals, and a former trustee of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau. She is currently the Chair of the charity Rights of Women.
