Diversity and Talent Management Specialist
Teresa Norman loves working at all levels: one to one, team and organisational to make a difference. She especially enjoys identifying strengths – helping people and organisations identify what they do well, and then how they can make the most of their abilities. Her specialisms include policy development, investigations, research, coaching, facilitation and talent management – with a particular focus on working at an organisational level to build inclusive cultures. Teresa has worked in HR in a variety of organisations and roles over the last 25 years, including the NHS and the Civil Service. She worked at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit for five years. Before joining EW Group, she worked for four years as Head of Diversity and Wellbeing at the Department for Transport. She is the founder/director of a social enterprise called TogetherintheUK, reflecting her interest in migration and integration. Teresa’s recent work for EW Group includes co-authoring a report on ‘A regional approach to Talent Management’ for the NHS London Leadership Academy. She also delivered a final report on our WRES-compliant diversity management programme at Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
