New for 2021 – giving back with EW for Good
Community-building and social principles are at the core of our mission to create inclusive workplaces for all, which in turn builds a better world.
In 2021, we founded EW for Good. This is the new home for our non-profit work, partnering with charities to provide pro-bono, low-bono and in-kind support. All our stakeholders – internal and external – will be involved through volunteering their time, expertise or resources.
EW for Good means we can positively impact those causes that are close to our hearts. At the same time, it means we can stay plugged into some of the most innovative ways to address workplace inequalities and disconnects between organisations and the various communities they serve.

The Stroke Association
In 2021, we set out for a new central London home and were delighted to join the Stroke Association’s co-working space in Old Street.
The Stroke Association supports people to rebuild their lives after stroke. They provide specialist support, fund critical research, and campaign to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support.

Happy Smiles
Happy Smiles Training CIC is a non-profit training provider, set up with the aim of creating inclusive communities by empowering disabled young adults to deliver awareness and inclusion training across schools, community groups, businesses and more.
Our MD Rachael coaches their founder and MD Alex Winstanley monthly, supporting him in launching commercial training packages and building a sustainable business. Rachael and Alex are also working on a joint training programme that will see EW and Happy Smiles facilitators team up to provide a disability training course centred on the lived experiences of disabled people.
