Isha is a highly experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practitioner and has worked across multiple disciplines throughout her career. Her background is in commercial leadership, where she built the foundation of her knowledge around inclusive leadership over a 10-year span at a leading UK retailer.
After a career break in 2016, Isha joined the third sector where her primary focus became working alongside the most underserved communities in the UK. She has supported various organisations specifically focusing on informal education, youth justice, domestic violence and sport for development. Across these organisations, Isha led on areas of work such as DEI strategy, advocacy, education, and community engagement. Her expertise lean naturally towards understanding the disparity of inequality in ethnically diverse communities which is reflected in her work of implementing a game-changing race equity review and championing conversations around anti-racism.
Isha is committed to helping tackle inequalities in the workplace and in communities and is versed in leading conversations around conscious inclusion, inclusive leadership and creating transformational change in the DEI space. She is particularly invested in seeing cultural change in the workplace as well as understanding inequality through an intersectional lens.
