Perhaps you are wrestling with a particular workplace issue, or you are looking to take your career into new heights – or into a new industry or sector. You may have never tried professional executive coaching before, or possibly you are looking for new approaches to the coaching process that are tailored directly to your needs.
You can count on our executive coaches to be honest, straightforward and constructive. We will ask questions, make requests and challenge when needed, all in a safe, supportive space. We will remain flexible throughout, adjusting the coaching experience to your needs, and we will try a range of tools and techniques, or even increase the degree of challenge as you get used to the coaching process. Whatever your goals from executive coaching, everything is designed to be the best fit possible for you.
It is completely up to you. Some of our clients choose a handful of coaching sessions in the run-up to an important interview. Others will pursue executive coaching courses over the long-term, individually or as part of a specific phase of organisational development.
Whether you are located in London, the UK, or further afield, we know your time is at a premium, so we offer 1:1 coaching sessions in-person (at your workplace or in confidence at our London head office), over the phone, or via online video chat (Skype or Google Hangouts, for example).
Our approach to executive coaching always starts with agreeing on your goals. To measure against these, your coach will check-in at the end of each session to gauge progress and consider your verbal feedback.
Then, at an agreed point in the programme, your coach will request written feedback as part of a mid-point review. This phase factors in your reflections on the difference that the coaching sessions have made in your workplace, mindset, or career. This process is then repeated at the end of the coaching programme. With your permission, we will also include the chance to seek feedback from your line manager, sponsor and/or report on the business benefits of your coaching.
When the coaching programme comes to an end, we also encourage a further internal review after three to six months. This gives you and your organisation the opportunity to properly reflect on the impact the coaching has had on your personal and corporate goals.
Senior Executive Coach and Facilitator
Jane is the Chief Executive of EW Group and has been providing coaching for our clients since the company was established in 1992. Jane specialises in working with senior teams to strengthen organisational cultures, strategy and practices. She has consulted and trained widely and has delivered large scale projects for London Underground, Santander and the NHS Leadership Academy. She currently acts as an executive coach for senior staff in the health, criminal justice and charitable sectors. Jane’s style has been described as “a powerful mix of pragmatic and fun”.
Senior Executive Coach and Facilitator
Annie is the lead consultant on our work with the NHS and produced their Equality and Diversity Leadership Competency Framework. Annie has consulted with senior managers in national public sector organisations, universities and trade unions. She has recently coached at Santander, the Department of Health, the Royal Marsden Hospital, and Invensys. She has an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching, and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. Annie is a Member of the London Central Employment Tribunals and a Trustee of Citizens Advice.
Senior Executive Coach and Facilitator
Sue is a senior consultant at EW Group who specialises in leadership and organisation transformation, working to improve individual, team and organisational performance through executive coaching. Her work grounds modern thinking in practical realities and inclusive leadership with a collaborative and tailored approach. She holds a Masters in Management Practice, Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and has undertaken extensive leadership development. Her work includes coaching for the Executive Teams at World Confederation for Physical Therapy and NEL CSU.
Judeline has over 30 years of experience in learning and development, working with clients in the public, private and charitable sectors. Her specialism is in building capacity and working practices that give competitive edge and have equality, diversity and inclusion at heart. Judeline is currently working towards her Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and is trained in the use of development psychometrics like MBTI, Belbin and PPA. Judeline’s clients include City University, Harrow Council, Castle Point and Rochford CCG NHS.
Yvonne has extensive experience in the transportation, construction and built environment sectors, as well as local government. Yvonne specialises in supporting clients in inclusive cultures, equality, diversity and inclusion via training, coaching and mentoring. Her recent work includes delivering a mentoring programme for the BBC to address chronic under-representation of BAME staff at senior grades. Yvonne also works at Women into Construction supporting clients in diversifying their workforce via coaching and mentoring. Yvonne’s qualifications include the University of Cambridge Judges Business School Leadership Academy.
Caroline is a highly experienced executive coach whose passion lies in leveraging individuals’ confidence to unlock their career potential. With a particular focus on women in business, Caroline supports her coachees in resolving challenges in their working life by providing advice, tips and exercises so people can make quarter turns and meaningful, positive change in their career. Caroline draws on her previous experience as HR Manager and coach in a large London firm to support individuals at all stages in their career through one-to-one, group and online programmes. Caroline’s EW Group clients include UWE, Gazprom and Dyson. Caroline is currently completing her Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching. She is also a published author with “Get Confident and Accelerate Your Career”.

Naomi has a background in senior management across a range of sectors, including luxury retail, financial services, and the art world. Previous roles include Global Head of Organisational Development and Leadership Development and Talent Specialist. Naomi’s significant experience in executive coaching and facilitation for global organisations has seen her support individuals and teams in strategic, people-focused and proactive ways. Naomi brings considerable energy to her work and invites her clients into a creative, flexible space to really effect change. She has vast experience of organisations in transition and working with and coaching globally dispersed clients.
Whether working in a group situation or one-to-one, Naomi enables her clients to explore how they can have more influence in the way they operate. This often comprises incorporating a detailed review of the way individuals function and their assumptions about their business, colleagues and themselves. Her clients include: RSA, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Sky, Ford and Paypal.
