The understanding, insight, and guidance of an executive coach is invaluable to any professional wishing to progress their career, understand their purpose, overcome workplace issues, or guarantee their company’s continuing success.
EW Group is an established leadership development consultancy based in London, UK, with an executive coaching team operating nationwide. We specialise in executive coaching and career development services for senior leaders and managers, and are currently working with chief executives, senior leaders, and team and department managers from across the private, public, and charitable sectors.
Our services are designed to help you and your staff prosper, ensuring a successful, inclusive future for your organisation.
We have a proven track record of delivering tailored executive coaching courses and programmes that produce positive outcomes for individuals and organisations alike. Our coaches are experienced in providing tailored, impartial advice and guidance on career development, enhancing your motivation, confidence, and overall performance.
We are members of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Harvard University Institute of Coaching. Our executive coaches and consultants are dedicated to continuously improving their knowledge in all aspects of coaching, leadership, and inclusion so you receive valuable guidance
One-to-one executive coaching can support you to develop those softer skills that are essential to effective leadership, including (but not limited to):
As diversity and inclusion specialists, we recognise that every executive coaching client is different. You may be looking to develop your leadership and management skills, or to work more inclusively throughout your teams or departments.
Maybe you are wrestling with a workplace issue, or looking to take your career on to new heights –into a new industry or sector, perhaps? You may have never tried professional executive coaching before, or possibly you are looking for new approaches to the coaching process that are tailored directly to your needs. Whatever you wish to discover or improve, executive coaching can help.
You can count on our executive coaches to be honest, straightforward, and constructive. We will ask questions, make requests, and challenge when needed, all in a safe, supportive space.
Based in London but working across the UK, we will remain flexible throughout, adjusting the coaching experience to your needs, and we will try a range of tools and techniques, or even increase the degree of challenge as you get used to the coaching process. Whatever your executive coaching goals, all aspects of the process are designed to be the best fit possible for you.
The duration of your executive coaching course is entirely up to you. Some of our clients choose a handful of coaching sessions on a short-term basis – in the run-up to an important interview, for instance – while others will pursue executive coaching courses over the long-term, individually or as part of a specific phase of organisational development.
Whether you are located in London, the UK, or further afield, we know your time is at a premium, so we offer 1:1 coaching sessions in-person (at your workplace or in confidence at our London head office), over the phone, or via online video chat (Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangouts, for example).
Our approach to executive coaching always starts with agreeing your goals. To measure against these, your coach will check-in at the end of each session to gauge progress and consider your verbal feedback.
Then, at an agreed point in the programme, your coach will request written feedback as part of a mid-point review. This phase factors in your reflections on the difference that the coaching sessions have made in your workplace, mindset, or career. This process is then repeated at the end of the coaching programme. With your permission, we will also include the chance to seek feedback from your line manager, sponsor and/or report on the business benefits of your coaching.
When the coaching programme comes to an end, we also encourage a further internal review after three to six months. This gives you and your organisation the opportunity to properly reflect on the impact the coaching has had on your personal and corporate goals.
