Hilary Jennings

Arts and Diversity Specialist

Hilary Jennings brings over 15 years of experience in consultancy across the creative, cultural and education sectors. Her particular expertise lies in strategic planning, leadership development and cultural/institutional change. She recently formed part of our team researching and delivering a practical Culture Change guide for Arts Council England. Hilary is a former coach on the Museums Association's Transformers Development Programme in Scotland, and has also worked for the likes of the Tate, the Design Museum, Edinburgh City Museums, the British Council and the Southbank Centre. She is now Director at the Happy Museum Project, a think-tank and community of good practice and resilience in UK museums. Her other previous roles include Associate for the Cultural Leadership Programme, Director (Craft and Leadership) of Creative and Cultural Skills, and Director of Policy and Development for UK Skills.
