Diversity and Wellbeing Specialist (USA)
Michelle Vitale ignites braver and kinder connections in her work as a licensed psychotherapist, executive coach, and diversity trainer based in Rhode Island, USA. She specialises in organisational psychology, HR management, cultural adaptability and equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as mindfulness and compassion for workplace wellbeing. She has provided diversity training at the New Leaders Council, and is a member of the Latina Leadership Institute of Rhode Island. Before becoming a consultant, Michelle worked at PwC in Boston and spent a year researching women’s leadership in Chile as a Fulbright Scholar. Michelle is currently pursuing certification as a facilitator of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from the UMASS Medical School. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Babson College and her Master of Science in Education, specialising in Multicultural Counselling Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Venezuela, she is fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
